Chef McFall was born and raised in Northern Ireland, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Dining. To broaden his food knowledge, he traveled to France and Italy, experiencing both eating and cooking each culture's true traditional dishes. Eventually he made his way to America, where he met his wife, Lisa. Together they have an amazing son and daughter.
With a family of his own, Chef McFall understands how important it is to balance work and quality time with your family. As a personal chef, he is gratified by helping families enjoy healthy and nutritious meal together while still having time to enjoy other family activities. With almost 20 years of experience working in various restaurants as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef, Chef McFall brings his international, cultural, and everyday food experience together to prepare healthy delicious meals for your family.
