• We are professional chefs who prepare meals in our commercial kitchen using fresh ingredients that we shop for.

Where do you prepare the meals?

• In our commercial kitchen, or if you prefer, we can prepare them in your kitchen.

How frequently do you drop off meals?

• It's up to you.  We can come weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month.  This service is meant to be tailored specifically for you.  We offer personalized, flexible service and work with you to meet your needs.

When do I pay for the service?

• The day of delivery via check or credit card (fee applies).

Who supplies the storage containers for all of the meals?

• We use recyclable, disposable, oven safe containers.

What food safety training do you have?

• We have a ServSafe Certification and Allergy Training Certification.  (see "about" page).

Do you carry insurance?

• Yes.  We carry General Liability Insurance.

Are you licensed?

• Yes. Chef McFall is a certified business owner in the town of Hopkinton, MA and we have a licensed commercial kitchen in Northborough.

What is your experience?

• Chef McFall has a Bachelors Degree in Fine Dining from Belfast, Northern Ireland as well as over 25 years of experience.
